All items, from pillows to accessories, are made to order in our studio. While we strive to get orders out as quickly as possible, we take the time to ensure every product is made at the highest standard.

DO YOU SELL INSERTS?
Unfortunately, we do not sell inserts. We highly recommend PillowFlex Down Alternative inserts if you are in need.

DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?
Yes! If you would like to request a custom size, colorway that we do not stock, or different finish, please send an inquiry to parkerhomedesigns@gmail.com.
DO YOU TAKE COM (CUSTOMERS OWN MATERIAL) ORDERS?
Yes, for all COM orders please email hello@shopparkerhomedesigns.com and we will send you information regarding our process.
WHAT DOES PRE-ORDER MEAN?
Pre-Ordered simply means the fabric is not currently in stock but more yardage has been ordered and will be available again at a later date.
WHAT INSERT SIZE DO I NEED?
Sizes listed are the finished size of the pillow cover.
For square pillow covers, we highly recommend purchasing inserts that are 2” larger than your cover for a full, snug fit. For lumbar pillow covers, we recommend purchasing inserts that are 2” longer than your cover for a full fit.For bolster pillow covers, you will need an insert that is the same size as your cover. Please refer to our size guide resource or reference the chart below for insert sizing recommendations:

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Because all orders are made to order in 1-3 weeks, returns and exchanges are not accepted. Please refer to shop policies for more information.
