When will my order ship?
All our pillow covers are hamd-made to order in our studio. While we strive to get orders out as quickly as possible, we take the time to ensure every product is made at the highest standard. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to ship.
What is your return policy?
Because all orders are made to order, returns and exchanges are NOT accepted. Please refer to shop policies for more information. It is highly recommended that you purchase samples first if you are unsure or need an exact color match.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Cancellations or order changes must be made within the first 2 hours of purchase. Requests made after that time are not guaranteed.
Fabric & materials
Will the fabric color match exactly what I see on screen?
Colors can look slightly different from one screen to another, and natural fabrics can have minor variations between dye lots. Because all orders are made to order and final sale, we recommend ordering a sample before you buy if you need an exact color match. We're unable to accept returns or exchanges based on color differences.
Where are your throw pillow covers made?
Each pillow cover is hand-made to order in our studio in Charlotte, NC.
Inserts & sizing
Are inserts included with the pillow covers?
No — we sell pillow covers only, not inserts. For the best fit, please refer to our size guide resource.
What inserts do you recommend?
If you do not already have an insert, we highly recommend Pillow Flex Down Alternative Inserts for their superior quality, comfort and fullness. These inserts can be found on Etsy.com and Amazon.com
What insert size do I need?
Sizes listed are the finished size of the pillow cover.
For square pillow covers, we highly recommend purchasing inserts that are 2” larger than your cover for a full, snug fit. For lumbar pillow covers, we recommend purchasing inserts that are 2” longer than your cover for a full fit. For bolster pillow covers, you will need an insert that is the same size as your cover. Please refer to our size guide resource or reference the chart below for insert sizing recommendations:

Care & cleaning
How do I care for my pillow covers?
Due to the delicate nature of each fabric, we recommend gently spot cleaning or handwashing only. Please avoid machine washing or drying to protect the integrity of the fabric and to prevent shrinkage. Because the covers are removable, they're easy to take off for cleaning.
Custom, pre-order & trade
What does pre-order mean?
Pre-Ordered simply means the fabric is not currently in stock but more yardage has been ordered and will be available again at a later date.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes! If you would like to request a custom size, color-way that we do not stock, or a different finish, please send an inquiry to hello@shopparkerhomedesigns.com.
Do you take COM (customer's own material) orders?
Yes! For all COM orders please email hello@shopparkerhomedesigns.com and we will send you information regarding our process.
