At Parker Home Designs, we aim to deliver your order quickly and securely. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we handle order processing, delivery, and tracking.
Processing Time
- All pillows are hand-made to order and processed within 2-3 weeks of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will enter the processing window on the next business day.
Shipping Options and Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping (Domestic): 4–7 business days
- Express Shipping (Domestic): 1–3 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days (delivery time may vary depending on location and customs clearance)
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, delivery location, and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
- You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the courier’s website.
Delayed or Failed Deliveries
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs procedures, weather conditions, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.
International Shipping
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country.
- Please check local regulations before placing an international order.
Missing, Lost, or Damaged Orders
- While we are not responsible for missing packages, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can begin the process of filing a missing mail request on your behalf. If a missing mail request does not resolve the issue, we will escalate by filing a claim.
- All products that leave our studio undergo a detailed quality control inspection and are approved for shipping. However, please contact hello@shopparkerhomedesigns.com if there is a problem with any product that you receive within 2 days of receipt. Issues raised after this 2-day period will not be considered. Please include pictures of the damage and any additional relevant information. Once approved, a return shipping label will be emailed to you and a replacement will be sent after the damaged item is received.
