Trade FAQs
What are your lead times?
Standard orders ship in 2–3 weeks. Custom and COM timing is confirmed with your quote. Rush production (1–3 business days) is available for in-stock fabrics.
Can you make matching sets for a full room?
Yes. Send us your sizes and fabrics and we'll quote the full set together.
Do you accept COM orders?
Yes. Contact us before sending fabric so we can confirm yardage, pricing and where to ship it. See Custom Orders.
Do you sell inserts?
No, covers only. We recommend PillowFlex Down Alternative inserts.
Can trade orders be returned?
Every cover is made to order, so all sales are final. We suggest ordering $5 samples before larger projects.
