Return & Exchanges
Because all items are considered custom and made to order in 1-3 weeks, we do NOT accept returns/ refunds or exchanges. For that reason, all pillow covers are final sale.
Please note that color variations are common due to dye-lot differences as well as computer screen differences, therefore we will not accept returns/exchanges/disputes based on the fact that the color looks different than expected. Please consider ordering samples before committing to a purchase.
Cancellations & Order Modifications
Cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of purchase. After that, your order enters the production process and is no longer eligible for cancellation. If you need to make any changes to your order, please email hello@shopparkerhomedesigns.com with your request. Please note that while we will try our best to accommodate changes, anything requested after the first 2 hours is not guaranteed.
Damaged Items
All products that leave our studio undergo a detailed quality control inspection and are approved for shipping. However, please contact hello@shopparkerhomedesigns.com if there is a problem with any product that you receive within 2 days of receipt. Issues raised after this 2-day period will not be considered. Once approved, a shipping label will be emailed to you to return the damaged item, and a replacement will be sent once the damaged item is received.
When emailing us with details about the damages, please include the following information:

Any additional relevant information
